Guwahati - Bhalukpong

Meet and greet at airport, then visit Kamakhya temple for darshan. After darshan we will be heading towards Bhalukpong via nagaon route en route visit Mrityunjay Maha mandir, world’s largest Shivlinga, evening check into the hotel & night stay at the Bhalukpong.
Bhalukpong - Dirang

Morning after breakfast, we will be heading towards Dirang. Then visit Tippi orchid sanatorium, Nag mandir and Nechephu falls. Then check in to pre booked hotel, Night stay at Dirang
Dirang Local ( full day sightseeing )
Moring after breakfast, the Dirang local sightseeing starts from Dirang Monastery, hot water spring. Then visits Mandala top, the 108 Buddhist stupas constructed on the mountain top in a circular manner make it one of the most enchanting sites in Dirang. With the spectacular scenic surroundings, the mountain top is a sight to behold in Arunachal Pradesh. If time permits visit Kiwi Garden & Apple garden. After sightseeing we will visit Sangti valley and enjoy the sunset on river site and we will return back to hotel. Stay rest for the night at Dirang.
Dirang - Tawang
Distance - 135 km
Time - 6 Hours
Morning after breakfast, we will be heading towards Tawang, en route visit Baisakhi Camp reach Sela Pass (13,700 ft), after that visit Jaswant Garh war memorial & have a tea break. Upon arrival check in to the pre booked hotel & rest for the night at Tawang.
Tawang Local (full day sightseeing)
After breakfast in the morning, we will proceed for the local sightseeing tour in Tawang. We will be visiting the Tawang Monastery, which is around 400 yrs old and is the 6th birth place of Dalai Lama. The Tawang Gompa is a major attraction of the town with a commanding view of the splendid valleys beyond. Also, we will be visiting the War memorial. The evening is free at leisure for shopping. Take pleasure of an overnight stay at the hotel in Tawang.
Tawang - Bum La Pass (full day sight seeing)
Morning after breakfast we will be heading towards Bum La Pass (15,200 ft) which is located about 37 km away from Tawang. PTSO Lake (Pankang Teng Tso Lake) & Songetster Lake is lake was formed during the earthquake of 1950. The lake nestles between huge mountains and is clear and beautiful with what looked like a hundred bamboo poles standing straight up in the water all over the lake. These were actually ramrod straight trees without any branches or leaves on them growing in the lake-water. The entire scene is breath-takingly beautiful. The air is cold and biting and even in our warm clothes we felt cold. On the way there were many big and small clear mountain lakes which were also very beautiful. The lake has bare trees standing like guards in vigil. The lake is popularly known as Madhuri Lake after her shooting a film in Arunachal Pradesh. Then return back to pre booked hotel & nightstay at Tawang. (LOCAL VEHICLE)
Zemithang (full day sight seeing)
Morning after breakfast full day excursion to Zemithang (90kms) Sandwiched between Bhutan and China, this Shangri-La lies in the remote north-western corner of Arunachal Pradesh, two hours away from Tawang. It is situated at the head of the valley formed by the Namyang Chu River which eventually flows into Bhutan. Grand vistas of snow clad mountains as far as Bhutan can be seen from here on a clear day. This region is dominated by the Monpa tribe, a predominant Buddhist community. The Monpas residing over here mainly belong to the Panchen sub sect bearing a close affinity to their Bhutanese counterparts. It is not uncommon to see men and women dressed in the traditional dorma and singka with a small cap made from yak hair. Most of them still stay in quaint stone houses built decades ago, lending a very special charm to this land lost in time, via Lumla visit Gorsum Choten the mystic stupa built sometime in the 12th century.This magnificent stupa built on the lines of the Bodhnath stupa of Nepal has a base of 120 sq. feet and a height of 100 sq. feet, making it the second largest stupa in Asia.There are a few small villages on both sides of the river like Lungpoo, Muchat where homestays have been developed. These homestays are basic but ideal for those who enjoy solitude, serenity, nature and culture. Then return back to pre booked hotel. Nightstay at Tawang. (Local Vehicle only)
Tawang - Bomdila
Distance - 177 km
Hours - 7 hours
After breakfast we will be heading towards Bomdila. En route visit to Nuranung waterfalls (Jang falls). The district head-quarter of West kameng district is a beautiful small town situated at a height of about 8000 ft. above the sea level from where one can see the brilliant landscape and snow-clad mountains of the Himalayan Range. The Buddhist monastery of Bomdila is the repository of culture and is among primary attractions It has a lot of attractions for the tourists with its cool climate, Apple orchards, artistic people, snow-capped Himalayan peaks and Buddhist Gompas. This place has a tourist lodge, a craft centre displaying local crafts and a shopping centre where the visitors’ gets first feel of the local version of Himalayan life style after reaching visit Bomdila GRL Monestery. Bomdila - Guwahati
Distance - 270 km
Hours - 8 hours
Morning have breakfast. Do the final check out formalities and we will be heading towards Guwahati. After reaching Guwahati drop at airport for onward journey. Here the journey with us ends with some wonderful memories!!!!!
